Group Frequently Asked Questions

Get to the bottom of your inquiry with our FAQ’s.
1.       When should I book my group outing? In general, you should book your group outing as soon as you decide where you’d like to sit. Our group outings are very popular, and inventory sells fast.
2.       What if I need help in making my decision? Call a Group Sales Coordinator. We realize some people have never booked a group outing, so we are here to help. We want friends for life, so we’ll make sure we create the outing that fits your needs. Remember, we want you to look good to your group.
3.       What happens if the game gets rained out? Not to worry. We’ll work with you to re-schedule your group outing for another night.
4.       How do I pay for a group outing? Book a group outing with us is so easy, we can most of the work over the phone. You’ll give us the information, and we’ll set up your event. We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit at that time. The balance is due 30 days prior to your group outing, except for Party Decks, which require balance paid 60 days prior to the group outing.
5.       Where can my group park?At many sports events, you’d pay as much as $15 per car. You can purchase pre-paid parking in our garage for just $3 per car.
6.       Can my group bring a bus to the game? We do have parking available for buses in our Lot C. Click here for our bus plan.
7.       Can I tailgate? Yes, you must purchase pre-paid parking in Lot C.
8.       What type of catering do you offer? The RoughRiders do not allow outside food and beverage into the ballpark. However, we have an array of catering options at several price levels, and with various settings and food options. Just call a Group Sales Coordinator and they’ll walk you through the process.
9.       Do you have any cool fundraising opportunities? Yes, we do quite a few fundraisers throughout the year with our group clients. It typically works by your group purchasing tickets and then re-selling them to raise money for your organization or charity.  Again, call a Group Sales Coordinator and they’ll walk you through this process.
