1. Accommodations for 16-40 with parking included Our Business Entertainment Suites can accommodate groups ranging in sizes from 16 up to 40. And there’s plenty of indoor and balcony seating for everyone to lounge while taking in a great game. With your tickets you will also receive 4 parking passes.
2. All-Inclusive for you and your guests These swanky suites include food and beverages. You’ll have a full menu (click here to see Menu A without beer and wine, click here to see Menu B including beer and wine) as well as plenty of Dr Pepper products. For you that means one less thing to worry about booking – we’ve got the catering covered.
3. Air Conditioning Make no mistake – Texas is more than warm. But don’t sweat, because our Business Entertainment Suites come with Air Conditioning to keep you and your crew cool around the collar.
4. Pre-Game Use If you have a need for the suite during the day, before your game, we’ll give you the key. Think of it as the perfect place for that off-site meeting or quarterly sales luncheon.
5. FREE PlayBall Game Programs At each RoughRiders home game we distribute a PlayBall Game Program. These publications have great stories, cool pictures and offer insight into each game – something you won’t find anywhere else.
6. Your Group Name on RiderVision We also give your group special recognition by displaying your group name (your organization, company or party) on RiderVision, our gigantic replay board.
7. Entries in RoughRiders Nightly Group Raffle At each game we give a piece of RoughRiders memorabilia to one lucky member of a group outing. You’ll get entries for each member of your group.
8. Preferred Group Buyer Status When you book your group outing early you become a RoughRiders Preferred Group Buyer. That means you’ll get the inside scoop on reserving for special events and future RoughRiders seasons. We always go to our Preferred Group Buyers before going to the general public.
9. Cost Certainty without the cost Reserve a Business Entertainment Suite starting at $1350 per night (This price accommodates 16-20 without beer and wine. Call for details regarding other menu options or alternate size outings). If you’d prefer, you can reserve a suite with a menu including beer and wine for only $1450.
