Rained Out Games.  The Frisco RoughRiders will make every reasonable attempt to complete each and every home game. However, in the event of a rainout in which five (5) innings have not been completed (4 1/2 if the home team is leading), there are two (2) options for the rainout game: 1. If the game is rescheduled as a stand-alone game or as part of a doubleheader, then your ticket is good for the date of the rescheduling, or the rescheduled game of the doubleheader. 2. If the game is not made up, your ticket can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value to a future game. All ticket exchanges are for any future 2008 regular season game and are subject to availability.

Those tickets are good only for the date they are issued and cannot be exchanged again. Ticket exchanges can be processed during regular business hours at the Dr Pepper Ballpark Ticket Office. It is suggested that all ticket exchanges be processed in advance of the game date for which the tickets are being exchanged.

Founder's Membership Ticket Exchange Policy.  Founder’s Members may exchange tickets in accordance with the regular Season Ticket Holder exchange policy. Both tickets and access to the Founder’s Areas are subject to availability. For an individual game, access to the Founder’s Areas for exchanged tickets is limited to the number of regular season Founder’s Membership tickets owned. For example, if four Founder’s Membership season tickets are owned, up to four exchanged Founder’s Membership tickets may be granted access to the Founder’s Areas for an individual game. If more than four Founder’s Membership tickets are exchanged for an individual game, only four exchanged tickets will be granted access to the Founder’s Areas. Again, all ticket exchanges are subject to ticket availability and available capacity of Founder’s Areas.
