Donation Request
While we can’t fulfill every request, we do our best to help as many charitable organizations as we can. All donation requests must be submitted to our Community Development department. Fill out the information below and submit your request online.
*Please note that game tickets are not included in donation packages. All donations must be picked up at our office during regular business hours.*
The RoughRiders administration office is located at the northwest corner of Dr Pepper Ballpark (the corner of Hicks and Diamond). Our address is 7300 RoughRiders Trail.
If your organization is looking to raise a significant amount of money, we offer a Fundraising Group Ticket Package. Your organization can sell RoughRiders tickets at a higher price in any of our seating areas and your organization can keep the difference.
